We all know food plays a major part in the way we look, think and feel. There is SO much information available on what we “should” be eating, the “perfect diet” for everyone and recipe overload. It can be absolutely exhausting trying to figure out what to eat to make YOU feel good.

That’s where I come in. I have spent a better part of my life studying nutrition, proper digestion and creating recipes for optimal nourishment in minimal time. I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Certified Herbalist, utilizing a mind-body approach to wellness.

I’ve had to be aware of how food can alter our energy, moods and wellness from a very early age to help manage my type-1 diabetes and Celiac disease. The years of first-hand experience with utilizing food to improve my overall wellness after struggling with auto-immune disorders has given me a deep understanding and compassion for anyone on their journey to greater health no matter their starting point.

I strongly believe there is no one right “diet” for anyone. I also believe that our bodies are constantly changing, so our nutritional needs vary. Together we will work to get you on a path to feeling nourished and nurtured no matter what your dietary goals may be. We will work to not only educate you about the food you are eating, but also work to create step by step plans with “homework” assigned after each session to hold you accountable as you move towards your lifestyle goals.

Whether trying to lose/maintain weight, learn about gluten-free lifestyle (which also is not for everyone!), or you are simply trying to feel more energized, I am here to help you navigate the way.

Our bi-monthly sessions with a minimum 3-month commitment will not only help you improve your nutrition, but your lifestyle too. We will work to improve overall digestion (very important for mental and physical health), incorporate organic earth remedies when necessary and utilize Bach Flower Remedies to help nurture your energy as you make a transition to greater self-care and deeper self-love.
