Sound Meditation

Planetary gongs vibrating to the orbital properties of coordinating planets and quartz crystal bowls are played as you simply lie down and allow of the sound waves to soothe your body, mind and spirit. The calming sound of these therapeutic instruments will carry you into a deep state of relaxation while encouraging a meditative state. Many find this is a wonderful way to assist with stress reduction, release tension, enhance creativity and gain personal insights… This class is the perfect way to unwind. No movement at all is utilized, suitable for all ages and abilities.

60 Minutes – $30

Full-Body Reform

Our signature class utilizing full-body exercises on pilates reformers. This energizing workout will strengthen and detoxify both your mind and body. Tone your muscles from their deepest layers as you simultaneously elongate them with creative sequences. Emphasis is placed upon the breath, body awareness and moving “from the core.” Breathwork and a brief sound meditation will complete the class, leaving you feeling centered and empowered.

50 minutes – $40
*Class not suitable for those recovering from an injury or pregnant.*

Stretch & Sound

A calming mind-body class combining  assisted, deep stretching on the reformers with breath work and a soothing sound meditation. Spend the first half of class on a reformer with gentle movement aimed at increasing flexibility, opening the body and calming the nervous system. The second half focuses on stress-relieving breath work and a guided sound meditation.  This is a wonderful class for anyone looking to reduce stress,  work through muscle stiffness, aid in injury prevention and assist in restoring peace to your mind…A perfect way to unwind after sitting at a desk all day, traveling, or a great compliment to any high-intensity activities you may participate in.
